Sarah Cooley is a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina Commercial Real Estate Broker and Advisor at Ascent Real Estate Partners. She has called Charlotte, NC, home for over 20 years, and assists clients with Retail and Healthcare site selection and sales within the Charlotte Metro region.

Sarah joined the Ascent team early in 2024 and has represented buyers and tenants, private owners, and developers across a variety of asset classes. Her professional affiliations include CREW, CRCBR and Charlotte Market Makers. Sarah is known to be solution-oriented and a great teammate, networker, advocate and leader.   

 Her professional career began in Sports Medicine after earning her Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University, keeping high-level athletes in peak condition. Locally, she worked with NASCAR teams and was a regular consultant at Davidson College and several local high schools.

 Outside the office, Sarah participates in a variety of fitness and recreational sports, enjoys watching her favorite teams, and exploring new countries and cities with her travel group.
