Rusty Gibbs is a North Carolina native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Rusty moved from London to Charlotte in 1999 and is a licensed commercial real estate broker in North and South Carolina.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, including a strong focus on land and development, Rusty advises landowners, developers, investors, tenants, landlords, and business owners on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development opportunities. Known for helping clients identify a property's highest and best use, he takes a strategic, analytical approach to every assignment and enjoys solving complex real estate challenges.

Rusty serves on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is Chair of its Education Committee. He lives in Charlotte's Plaza Midwood neighborhood with his wife, Laura, and their three sons, and also serves on the board of the Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association.
