Miles Norris is a Broker at Ascent, specializing in Land Sales and Redevelopment Properties. 

Since joining in 2022, Miles has been involved in over 600,000 square feet of Industrial Development and is currently involved in over 2,000 lots for residential development. He works with land owners and developersand is known for sourcing off-market sites for development.

Before Ascent,  Miles worked with his father selling real estate on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He earned an honors degree in Agriculture, Business, and Economics from Auburn University.

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and traveling.
