Jennifer Keene has served as Bookkeeper at Ascent since December 2025, supporting the company’s financial operations with a steady, dependable approach. She previously worked with Gibson Smith Realty Co. starting in 2018, assisting with listing agreements, accounts payable and receivable, and day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including month- and year-end closeouts.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent over 13 years with a Charlotte CPA firm, where she handled QuickBooks entries, assisted with tax returns, and supported financial filings—building a strong foundation in accounting and compliance. She holds a degree in Data Processing Technology from the former Brookstone College of Business.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys time with family and friends, especially activities like axe throwing, billiards, bowling, and escape rooms. She also participates in charity walks supporting a close friend who serves as a Run Ambassador for “Go Jen Go & Run Jen Run.”
