Davis Hahn is a Partner at Ascent, focusing on retail and mixed-use leasing and the sale of retail, industrial, and development sites in the Charlotte MSA. He specializes in repositioning retail assets and creating merchandising strategies that create long-term value for property owners. Davis works closely with landlords and investors to structure thoughtful deals using market analysis, creativity, and disciplined execution.

With over 15 years of experience in Charlotte’s commercial real estate market, Davis offers clients a deep understanding of the city’s growth, neighborhoods, and evolving development landscape. Davis is a Charlotte native and a graduate of NC State University. Outside of the office, Davis spends time with his wife and two sons and enjoys everything that Charlotte has to offer.
