Casey Burnett is a Retail Brokerage Analyst at Ascent Real Estate Partners and is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she is continuing her education in real estate.

Since joining Ascent, Casey has been involved in retail leasing, tenant prospecting, and market analysis across a range of shopping centers and mixed-use developments. She works closely with brokers, national and regional tenants to identify strategic site opportunities, support leasing initiatives, and drive deal activity. She is known for her data-driven approach, strong market insight, and ability to uncover tenant demand.

Before joining Ascent, Casey earned a dual degree in Marketing and Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Society. In addition, she brings a strong background in customer service and operational management, which has shaped her client-focused approach and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors, with a particular love for hiking and biking. She is a passionate dog lover who actively supports animal rescue efforts and volunteers with local animal shelters.
